Developing the Sensitive Within - Learning to trust your inner knowing

We all possess the ability to be become a Sensitive. It's about connecting to our innate sixth sense - the part of us that ‘just knows’. Since Neanderthal times, this inner knowing or sensitivity has warned us of danger, helped us to make choices, and guided us along our path. In short, our sensitivity is an expression of your higher self, which is always working for your spiritual growth and evolution.

This weekend workshop will help you recognise how your instinct, hunches and intuition are constantly communicating with you, and helping you relate to the world around you in a more meaningful way. Put simply, the more you are attuned with yourself, the more you trust yourself; and the more you trust yourself, the more confident you become about who you are, and how your life is unfolding. This helps you take responsibility for everything that happens to you, and open up to your life’s purpose.

Developing the Sensitive Within is an interactive and practical workshop, using creativity, reflection, meditation, and group and pair exercises to develop the skills of the Sensitive. You will also learn how to incorporate these skills into your daily life, and to use them safely with other people.

The workshop will be led by Sue Brayne, a qualified psychotherapist and experienced workshop leader who specialises in personal and spiritual development and is known for her down-to-earth approach to life. She is the author of ‘The D-Word: Talking about Dying’, and ‘Sex, Meaning and the Menopause’.

Led by: Sue Brayne

Please arrive by 6pm on Friday. Course ends with lunch on Sunday.
