Ammerdown's Guided Quiet Days offer an opportunity to take time out from our busy lives to pray, reflect and meditate in the Christian tradition with the help of Libby Dobson and Sarah Chabowska. They invite you to travel with God on a journey of discovery. The theme for this year will be 'Journey of the Heart - Travelling Home to Love'.

They will be drawing on:-

· Original music and song

· Visual images

· Poetry

· Guided reflections

· Scripture

· Opportunity for one-to-one sessions

· Personal space/reflection

· Beautiful surroundings

· Times of prayer

Libby has been writing and performing Christian contemplative songs for a number of years. Her latest CD, 'Wide Horizons', combines songs, instrumental music and art.

Sarah has been involved in leading Christian prayer and meditation in a wide variety of contexts and has been writing her own poetry for many years.

N.B. Ammerdown’s other 2014 Guided Quiet Days, also led by Libby and Sarah,will take place on 27 June, 26 September and 21 November. Also, Libby and Sarah will lead a weekend retreat based on ‘Wide Horizons’ from 8 to 10 August.
