Just Passing Through

This weekend workshop provides an opportunity to take time out from our hectic world so we can explore the challenges of growing older, the major themes that often unconsciously run our lives, and the inevitability of our death. It will also give us a chance to reflect on what we may need to resolve or change in order to find more peace of mind. There will be a variety of interactive learning experiences on offer - from group and pair work to individual meditation. The workshop is open to anyone who wants to deepen an understanding of themselves, and is also suitable for therapists and health workers who want to further their professional development.

Sue Brayne is a trained psychotherapist specialising in trauma and bereavement. She has an MA in the Rhetoric and Rituals of Death, a second MA in Creative Writing and leads workshops and retreats on ageing, death and dying.

Her ‘Just Passing Through’ weekends at Ammerdown have been very well received as summed up by this 2017 particpant: “A consummate facilitator and teacher who held a lot of emotions in a sensitive and caring manner”.

Led by: Sue Brayne
