Mandala – as an expression of the Self

Since early times, the circle has commanded a strong fascination for humans.  The “Mandala circle”, formed out of our own contemplation and personal reflection, has long been recognised as a meaningful form of self-expression and a source of valuable insight.

In this experiential one-day workshop, participants will be encouraged to explore whatever personal issue they choose, creating their own Mandalas using collage and simple art materials.

Mandalas tell a personal story through imagery, colour and words.

Hopefully, participants will leave with fresh insights and feeling spiritually refreshed.

No previous experience or artistic skill required.

There will be periods of silence during the day.
