The Path to Wholeness through Sound, Movement and Nature

This experiential course offers participants the opportunity to go deeper within and to connect with others through sound, movement and nature. The course is about creating a healthy and authentic community, both between the different things we experience as human beings and between the different individuals who will form the group. We will use our voices and simple movements from the tradition of Dances of Universal Peace as tools for focusing on the deeper self. And we will have the chance to explore and listen to the wisdom of nature through time spent outdoors, both solo and with others. There will also be plenty of opportunities, for those who wish, to share feelings and experiences, and learn from each other.

No previous experience of singing or dancing is required.

Matthew Heyse-Moore  is an experienced music teacher and workshop leader who passionately believes in the healing power of music and sacred dance. He delights in using his experience as a teacher and performer to touch people’s lives in a positive way.

Led by: Matthew Heyse-Moore

Please arrive by 6pm on Friday. Course ends with lunch on Sunday.
