This Individually Guided Retreat offers the opportunity to spend several days in silence with Judy Holyer, who will accompany them in their praying, reading and reflecting in the beautiful and quiet environment of Ammerdown. It is a chance to come away for a while from the pressures of everyday life and to sink down into the depths to find refreshment and renewal. There is nothing special that you need to bring with you apart from yourself. You may find it helpful if you have a notebook, bible and any art or craft materials that you enjoy using.'

Course Leader:

Judy is an ecumenical Christian with Anglican, Baptist and Quaker roots. She is an experienced spiritual director who works from an Ignatian perspective, having trained in North Wales in 1991. She is a former Baptist Minister, University Chaplain, University Lecturer in Mathematics and I.T. Company Director, who has the ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
