Looking at the beauty of the trees around us and the symbolism of trees in both sacred texts and poetry. We will learn the importance of trees and spend time in Ammerdown's beautiful woods together (weather permitting). We also create artwork of trees, take part in singing, and take part in forest bathing to relax and refresh.
