Course Information:

You are unique and wonderfully made. You bring your presence and energy to the world with a flavour that is uniquely yours.  But have you ever reflected on the positive qualities you bring?  Or wondered why you think, feel and act the way you do? The Enneagram is a powerful resource, inviting us to explore what motivates us, triggers us, keeps us stuck or moves us forward.

In seasons of change and challenge, we long for clarity. Recognising we can only see part of the picture, then stepping back to tune into new perspectives, expands our field of vision and opens up a world of possibility for personal and spiritual growth. What’s more, it’s suddenly so much easier to see where others are coming from.

The Enneagram is an ancient circular symbol with 9 interconnected points. One of these 9 points is your point [home base/type] and lights a path to growth, connection and wellbeing.  The Enneagram shows us 9 different ways of being in the world, nine ways we shine, nine ways we limit ourselves, nine growth paths.  A mirror to HOW we are and WHO we are, in all we do, alongside appreciation of others’ differences.

Understanding The Enneagram can bring compassion, curiosity and deeper connection in our relationships: with ourselves and others, and on our Spiritual journey. We benefit personally and professionally, while our Soul may sing.

Our time together will be engaging and interactive, with space for self-reflection and shared learning. We will explore and appreciate the 9 Enneagram Types and their essential qualities. Whether you are new to The Enneagram or already know your Point/Type, you’ll be met in a nurturing space for mind, heart, body and spirit.

We ran this day recently and were overwhelmed by the warm reception. Here’s a flavour of it:

“I’m so grateful for the way you taught, led and held the room on Saturday. It was holistic, refreshing and encouraging”.

“I just want to say what an enjoyable day we had on Saturday. I experienced it as a good step forward in my appreciation of The Enneagram. I’d like to thank you for everything you gave to making the day special and for encouraging me to want to learn more going forward”

People ended the day feeling “Curious, connected, inspired, encouraged, grateful, enthusiastic, excited,. Confused – there’s so much more to learn! Overwhelmed, in a good way. Hopeful, uplifted, energised and buzzing”
