Course Information:

These days are especially designed for those who care for a loved one or a friend to come to Ammerdown and enjoy a day of restoration and relaxation.

The day starts at 10am with tea or coffee on arrival. We then invite you to join our optional Chapel service at 10:40am or continue to enjoy your refreshments until 11am. You then have the option to join an activity. At 12:30pm the gong for lunch will sound and you will enjoy a delicious home cooked two course meal in our dining room. At 2pm the second optional activity session will begin. The day ends at 3pm but not before you’ve enjoyed a delicious slice of Ammerdown cake.

Each refreshing day for carers will offer two optional activities for you to enjoy. These may include a craft activity, fun singing, Tai Chi, Yoga, a relaxing sound bath, harp meditation or a drumming workshop.
